- How do I contact practice cents?
- Use the private form on this page. Pick a topic, leave a reply email, and send. Phil reads every message and replies by email — there is no public inbox address on the site.
- What should I include for a bug report?
- Device model, browser or app version, and what you expected vs what happened. For the free online tuner, say whether microphone permission was allowed.
- Is my message or email public?
- No. Messages go to Phil privately for support. They are not posted on the site or shared as a public mailing list.
- How quickly will I get a reply?
- Usually within a day or two. Busy teaching weeks can take a little longer — include a clear subject in the topic chips so the right note reaches him first.
